Penguin Safari Police!

Hey everybody!
I, Dozy , have made the Penguin Safari Police.
We are not an army ,we actually make a difference!
If any of our members see somebody breaking the rules we will report him/her to a moderator A.S.A.P!!
Instead of spamming them with Joke bombs and throwing a seemingly endless ammount of snowballs at said person.
The site at the moment is under major construction and should be finished in one week.
There will also be some forums made in the near future.
